Carltex offers on-site steam quality testing services for pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare/CSSD facilities. Our technicians travel to your site and perform all three required tests — dryness fraction, non-condensable gases, and superheat — at your autoclave, steam generator, or at any required test point in your facility, in accordance with EN 285, HTM 01-01, AAMI ST79, and ISO 17665. We perform both in-line and off-line testing depending on your system configuration and validation requirements.
Upon completion, you receive a thorough written report documenting all test results, suitable for validation files and regulatory review. If results fall outside of specification, we will work with you to identify the source of the issue and recommend corrective action. We also supply EN285-compliant test elbows and can advise on test point placement and system configuration to ensure your facility is set up for accurate, repeatable testing going forward.
